His Own Words

One of the key deficiencies of just about all books about Adolf Hitler is that too little is devoted to analyzing The Führer’s actual words. Which makes it impossible to understand Adolf Hitler – even after reading thousands and thousands of pages of books about him, he still remains pretty much an enigma. An enigma inside a puzzle inside a riddle.

To remedy this unacceptable situation, in this (inevitably long) chapter I will analyze in a reasonable detail Adolf Hitler’s own words – his manifesto (Mein Kampf), his unpublished “Second Book” (Zweites Buch), the “25-point” program of his party (NSDAP) and, finally, his speeches and his so-called “Table Talk”.
